The Kenya Hockey Union League resumes after a long break with 6 matches on the log to be played this Saturday. 3 National League matches, 1 Super League, and 2 Premier League matches will be played in Nairobi and the Western region.
National League
Nairobi Chapel plays the early kickoff at Strathmore against Impala at noon. This is the return leg for the 2 sides. In the last leg, Impala defeated Chapel 2-1 in their debut match in the league. Chapelites have only a point so far in this league.
2 matches will be played at 2 pm in two different locations in the western circuit. 3rd placed Bay Club welcomes 7th placed Kisii Falcons at the Kisumu Sikh Union grounds. Bay thrashed the debutants 5-0 in the first leg.
Farmers of Bungoma will be hosting the hawks from Nandi. Nandi Hawks are 4th on the log while the Farmers are 5th. Nandi won the 1st leg match against Farmers 2-1.
Premier League Women
It will be a battle of the bottom-of-the-table teams as DGF Wolverines play Sliders at 2 pm. the 2 sides have managed to get 2 points from 5 games played.
Super League Men
Bottom-of-the-table Parkroad Tigers face off with top-of-the-table Sikh Union (Simba) at the Citypark at 4 pm. The 2 sides drew 1-1 in the first leg in a match played at the same venue. The Tigers are hungry for a win after only 1 game in the first leg. Simba on the other hand is looking to keep a clean this season after losing just 1 match in the last leg.
Premier League Men
The last match will be a debut pitting Kenya Police who are 2nd on the log and Wazalendo who are 3rd. The boys in blue won the first leg match against the Mombasa roadside team.
