The Kenya Hockey Union (KHU) League resumes this weekend after a short break last weekend with only 2 matches played. 8 matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday while 8 will also be played on Sunday.
Saturday Fixtures
National League
The National League has 3 matches scheduled. In the Eastern Zone, Thika Rovers who are 13th on the log faceoff with Impala who are the league leaders. The Rovers have conceded 31 goals so far in the league. This is an average of 2 goals a match. Impala has 1 match and drawn 2 of a total 3 matches played. In Kisumu, Kisumu Youngstars take on Parkroad Badgers and at City Park, Its a university clash between JKUAT and KU.
Premier League
Kenya Police take on KCA University on Saturday in the last match of the day. Police are 3rd on the log while the university side are 9th on the log. Police have conceded 12 goals and have conceded a goal per match. They only have 1 clean sheet. KCA on the other hand have conceded 30 goals with an average of 3 goals a match. They also have 1 clean sheet.
At 2 pm KU play their 1st of the 2 matches for the weekend against USIU in the 2nd university derby.
