The 2022 edition of the Mapinduzi Hockey Tournament also known as the National Clubs Championship has been announced.
Mapinduzi Tourney will be held from 25th to 27th March in Tanga this time.
6 men and 4 ladies’ teams battled it out in Dar es salaam in 2020 where the event was held.
Moshi Khalsa upset Black Mamba 2-1 and 3-1 in the men’s final to lift the cup.
In the women’s category Tanzania People’s Defence Forces (TPDF) thrashed Twende 3-1.
Reliance Insurance Company and NAS Tyre Services will be this year’s sponsors of the event.
