University of Eldoret (UoE) now have a reason to smile as their team got the 2nd victory in a row this today. Other teams that won include Wazalendo, UoN Vigilantes, and in the derby of the weekend Parklands Hockey Club.
National League
A solitary goal is all that UoE got to get 3 points against visiting side Bay Club. Moses Munjeti scored the lone goal in the 25th minute of the match.
In the Eastern zone, Impala drew 0-0 with Gorilla in a match played at the Impala grounds along Ngong road.

Ladies
UoN Vigilantes’ goal in the 51st minute courtesy of their skipper Sharon Akinyi granted them their much-deserved win against the Vikings who started the game well. Vikings were the 1st to get the opener in the 29th minute courtesy of their captain Grace Chile. Vigilantes leveled the scores 3 minutes into the 2nd half.
Men
Nakuru lost their 2-match in a row against Wazalendo Master. Master’s captain Elly Mwanzia scored the opener in the 33rd minute. Nakuru leveled the scores 12 minutes later courtesy of Dennis Sica who converted a Penalty Corner. 2 minutes later Masters got a counter and Davin Mulongo got the ball past Nakuru’s goalkeeper Brian Mwangi. With 2 minutes to the final whistle, Derrick Ngesa added the 3rd.
After a draw last weekend away in Kisumu, Parklands beat Parkroad Tigers in the last 4 minutes of the game. Parklands Captain, Hezbon Galinga opened the scores in the 35th minute. 9 minutes later, his counterpart Joseph Ombogo leveled the scores. 3 minutes later Allan Odongo added the 2nd for Parklands. In the 56th minute, Victor Mwashi added the 3rd goal. A minute later Parkroad was awarded a Penalty Stroke (PS) which was taken by Joseph Ombugo.
The last Super League men’s result was the university derby pitting TUK and MMU which ended in a 1-1 draw. Oburi Moses and Derrick Waswa were the goal scorers for TUK & MMU respectively in the 21st and 27th Minutes.
