UoN ladies (Vigilantes) are dedicating their match today against Mombasa Sports Club to their former player Elsie Omondi who passed on 2 years ago in November. This will be the 10th match of the season with 20 points so far. The ladies who have had an impressive season so far have lost only 1 match, drew 2 and won 6.
Our match today against Mombasa Sports Club is special for us because we are dedicating it to one of us, Elsie Omondi who passed on in November 2 years ago. It is our way of honoring Elsie and cherishing the memories we made on and outside the pitch. She did her best for the team, so the team is looking forward to doing its best for Elsie. We miss her and she is still in our hearts.
