National League

Daykio Heroes defeated Nairobi Chapel 3-0. Tom Omondi, Austin Otieno, and Farhan Khan sounded the boards in the 23rd, 57th, and 60th minutes respectively.

MMU got a point after a 1-1 draw with their university counterparts JKUAT in their opening match this season.

In the Men’s category, MMU and Sikh Union (Simba) defeated Parkroad Tigers and KCA-U by a solitary goal.

David Likhu scored in the 57th minute through a penalty corner granting MMU their first win this season.

Harvir Ghataurle scored for Simba with 3 minutes to the end of the match giving them their 2nd win at home.

Premier League

Sliders Hockey Club finally had a reason to smile after sharing points with Amira in a match that ended in a barren tie.

Greensharks got their 2nd defeat of the season losing to the university side Strathmore (Gladiators).

Carson Oluoch scored a double for Gladiators in the 11th and 22nd minutes of the game and Brian Nyabuto scored the 3rd goal with 3 minutes to the final whistle.
