The Kenya Hockey Union 2022 League week 8 matches resume with 16 games scheduled to be played. 9 matches will be played on Saturday while Sunday will see 7 matches to be played.
National Men’s league
After a 3 week break, The National League is back with 4 games slated to be played. On Saturday, Kisii Falcons will host Bay Club in the early kickoff in Kisii. In Nairobi, Thika Rovers take on Nairobi Chapel at the Strathmore University grounds at 1 pm. At the coast, Impala will face Daikyo and Mombasa West who will be playing their 1st game this season. Back in Nairobi Karate Axiom takes on Thika Rovers at the Strathmore University grounds on Sunday.
Super League
Men’s League
Current league leaders in the Men’s Super League, Sikh Union (Simba) will be in Mombasa on Saturday to play Mvita XI. At City Park, Wazalendo Masters take on TUK in the last match at 6 pm. On Sunday, JKUAT plays Nakuru at 1 pm, and at 5 pm KU Vultures take on Parkroad Tigers. Both games on Sunday will be played at City Park.
Ladies League
There is only 1 ladies’ super league match to be played on Sunday at 11 pitting Nairobi Chapel and Kenyatta University.
Premier League
Defending champions Butali are in Kakamega county this Saturday to play Western Jaguars. Greensharks will be in Mombasa playing Mombasa Sports Club at 4 pm. The last Premier League match on Saturday will be between Parkroad Badgers and Sailors.
On Sunday, Only one match will be played pitting USIU and Kenya Police at City Park at 3 pm.
In the Ladies’ games, the Lakers play DFG Wolverines on Saturday, and on Sunday they play Amira Sailors.
