Premier League
After over 10 years Blazers got their first defeat of the season losing to Strathmore University (Scorpions).
Maureen Ong’ong’e gave Scorpions the early lead 2 minutes into the game.
With 3 minutes to the half-time whistle, Gilly Okumu added the 2nd.
Despite Blazers getting over 3 Penalty Corners, they couldn’t convert any.
In the last derby of the day, the Police came from 2 goals down to share spoils with Butali Warriors.
The match which started in a very tense mood picked up in the 19th minute with a clinical finish by Festus Onyango.
In the 39th minute, Tristin Karis converted a PC for Warriors.
With 6 minutes to go Police used experience and managed to get 2 Penalty shots.
Samuel Oungo once again showed up leaving Linus Sang on his knees as he got the balls past him.
Super League Men
A lone goal by Harris Misoti in the 41st minute gave Parkland Sports Club their 1st win this season.
Sikh Union managed to also get 2 goals past Wazalendo Masters.
Harvir Sigh scored the 2 goals in the 10th and 34th minutes.
In Nakuru, Technical University (TuK) managed to hold hosts Nakuru to a barren draw.
National League
Daykio Heroes got their first win of the season beating Thika Rovers by a solitary goal.
Farhan Khan converted a Penalty Corner for the coastal-based team in the 59th minute.
Kisii Falcons made a debut in the league drawing with Blue Pirates 2-2
Pirates came from 2 goals down to level the scores
Enock Okwema got the opener for Falcons in the 39th minute
Franklin Christopher added the 2nd one for the Falcons in the 40th minute.
5 minutes later Pirates got a Penalty Corner and Duncan Kachisa converted.
Veteran Bramwel Shisoko converted a 2nd Penalty Corner for Pirates with 7 minutes to go.
